Laura Cameron has worked in the world of entertainment publicity and corporate events for the past 12 years. She’s the type of person that will notice if you incorrectly use there instead of their and loves a late afternoon snack.

As one of Australia’s top television publicists, she has spearheaded national publicity campaigns for pretty much all of your favourite shows, including RFDS, Five Bedrooms, Playing For Keeps and The Wrong Girl

During her 9 year residency at Network 10 Laura also worked across programming and events for the likes of Neighbours, MasterChef Australia and the TV Week Logie Awards.

In 2017 Laura served as the South African based publicist for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and simultaneously survived a baboon siege and an Emperor scorpion attack. In 2018 she was brave enough to return for a second season.

Given Australia’s aggressive obsession with reality television, Survivor Australia and Bachelor in Paradise snuck their way into her repertoire as well.

Despite her avid enthusiasm for Tim Tams, Vegemite and local programming, Laura’s love of US television culminated in the development of international campaigns for the likes of This Is Us, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, The Late Late Show With James Corden, American Horror Story and Scream Queens.

Laura has helped shape the careers and profiles of a number of the country’s most beloved and influential media figures, leading to a specialisation in personal publicity requirements.

In 2020, Laura launched her own agency titled LJCP. Under this banner, she has launched television programs such as RFDS and Plate Of Origin (Seven Network) and served as the Unit Publicist on Jack Irish (ABC), With Intent (Network 10), Australia’s Got Talent (Seven Network), Warnie (Nine Network), The Hundred with Andy Lee (Nine Network), Paper Dolls (Network 10), Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars (Nine Network) and RFDS (Seven Network).
